1. Who is responsible for this website?

Cozy Paw Studio is an independent publishing brand owned by Kateryna Koval. Kateryna Koval is the data controller for the processing described in this policy and is based in Italy.

2. Data handled when you visit

The website does not ask visitors to create an account, subscribe to a newsletter, or submit a contact form. We do not use advertising pixels, profiling tools, or third-party audience analytics.

Like any website, the hosting and network infrastructure may temporarily process technical connection data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information, and security logs. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse. 3. Color Lab data

The Color Lab stores your artwork and found-object progress locally in your browser so that you can continue later. This information remains on your device, is not sent to Cozy Paw Studio, and can be removed with the Color Lab reset control or by clearing this website’s browser storage.

4. Amazon marketplace routing

When you choose “Buy on Amazon”, the website uses technical request information supplied by your browser or network, such as country or language, to select a suitable Amazon marketplace. This selection is used only to perform the requested redirect and is not used by Cozy Paw Studio to build a profile about you.

5. External websites and sharing

Amazon, WhatsApp, Facebook and email services are not contacted merely because you visit Cozy Paw Studio. They are contacted only when you choose the relevant link or sharing button. Once you leave this website, the destination service processes information under its own privacy policy and terms; Cozy Paw Studio does not control that processing.

6. Recipients, transfers, and retention

Technical data may be handled by providers that supply website hosting, delivery, and security services on behalf of the controller. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
